Over time, I realized most stores don’t fail because of design or platforms they fail because of poor visibility, weak strategy, and low conversion clarity. That’s when I shifted my focus to SEO, CRO, and growth strategy. Today, I work directly with founders and marketing teams who want a clear, honest view of what’s working, what’s broken, and what to fix next. I stay hands-on, strategy-first, and involved throughout the process — not hidden behind layers of account managers.
